Did you know heat, even in small amounts can have a negative impact on your T-levels? You may have heard of the “myth” that cold showers can work wonders for your manhood.
However, it’s no myth at all- there are numerous studies that back up claims that cold showers actually boost your testosterone.
In a nutshell, cold showers increase testosterone levels by cooling your testicles. In fact, one study in the Journal of Reproductive Systems showed that testicles perform best at a temperature between 31 to 36 degrees Celsius.
Researchers believe that cooling of the testicles is crucial to the development of sperm and production of testosterone.
Not only does a cold shower boost your T-levels, it also helps improve your circulation, boosts your immunity, improves your metabolism, and so much more!
Your challenge today- Take a cold shower for at least 15 minutes to get the best results.

2 carrots
1 celery stalk
1/2 beetroot
1/2 Tomato
1g of fresh ginger (1 thin slice)
1/4 Lemon
Put in a blender, blend, and drink! This juice concoction works because it does the following:
