Olivier, I’ve always heard that we shouldn’t drink fruit juice recipes because it’s all sugar and all of the fiber has been taken out. What do you recommend we do?

It blends everything up and I drink it all (including all of the fiber 😉 ). Of course, I recommend you strongly to also include vegetables in your diet for their amazing properties. For instance, I eat broccoli almost daily.

Therefore, by assuming that you aren’t being sucked dry by Virility Vampires… We can conclude that a big reason why your drive isn’t back is that you don’t fire up your core masculinity.

Lift heavy stuff for about 20-30 minutes 3 times a week…
