Day 1: Get Rid of Endocrine Disrupting Chemicals

You’re a badass that’s ready to reclaim your manhood. You are now a proud member of Team Juicing Masters!

I am so excited that you took action to start boosting your T levels naturally! This challenge is designed to help you get started on following the best habits and tactics to help you boost your Low-T without any injections, pills, surgery or dumb ass TRT!

Each day I am going to give you an actionable step you can implement immediately. Then after I present the challenge, I will give you a tasty and delicious T-boosting juice recipe you can try right away. Make sure you drink the juices daily as part of your challenge!

For best results, its highly recommended that you get a blood test to monitor your T- levels and track your results. Of course, your T levels may not rise significantly in a matter of a few short days, but this challenge will help you get started on the right track.

If you are serious about boosting your testosterone naturally, I highly suggest you take this challenge seriously and implement everything I suggest. All I ask is you do the following:

Your challenge today – Get rid of Endocrine Disrupting Chemicals

Endocrine what? Yep, you have them in your house and don’t even know it. Endocrine Disrupting Chemicals (EDCs) are bad for your health. In a nutshell, they are harmful chemicals and toxins when released into the environment they can wreak havoc on your testosterone levels So, what are these EDCs? They are:

  • Personal hygiene products (toothpaste, soap)
  • Chemical cleaners and detergents
  • Plastic bottles
  • Teflon cookware
  • Even your drinking water!

So, here’s what you have to do today; Get rid of all these “testosterone killing” products. Go through all of your cleaning closets, medicine cabinets, and kitchen cabinets, and get rid of anything that you think is going to disrupt your testosterone production.

As far as your drinking water, get a water filter or drink (BPA FREE) bottled water instead (but not Perrier as they add fluoride in their water…)!

Juice recipe of the day

  • 2 carrots
  • 12 leaves of spinach
  • 3 radishes
  • 1g of fresh ginger (1 thin slice)

Put all ingredients and the blender, blend, and drink! This juice concoction works because it:

  • Boosts your iron levels
  • Eliminates toxins
  • Purifies the blood and improve blood flow
