Pine pollen On top of eliminating phyto and xenoestrogens from the environment, it contains 18 amino acids to produce more semen, vitamins necessary to produce testosterone. It also contains Gibberellins and Brassinosteroids, which bind to testosterone receptors sites, regulates prostate health, has anti-inflammatory, liver detoxifying actions and much more. If you have never tried pine pollen and you are unconvinced of its effectiveness, here is an experiment that you can do. Take 3 tablespoons of pollen at night with a glass of water before going to bed and be prepared to have the morning wood of your life the next morning…

Mucuna Pruriens Mucuna is widely used in Ayurveda (Indian herbal medicine) and its usage as a Parkinsons relief and sexual tonic dates back thousands of years. Here is a small advice. Do not take too much of Mucuna Pruriens as it has a reputation for its effects on increasing testicle size permanently…

Tongkat Ali Tongkat Ali is theorized to trigger an enzyme in the testes to produce more testosterone by converting pregnenolone precursors into androgens, possibly through the effects of luteinizing hormone. It’s also been said to stop the negative feedback loop that would normally shut down this increased production. It can grow testicle size. This is mostly a herb to increase Testosterone but it also has a positive influence on semen volume.
